End User License Agreement for AcruSky Planetarium software

Common

This agreement («the Agreement») is a contract between end user («you») and Alexander Krutov («the Author») concerning software «AcruSky Planetarium» version 2.0 and later («the Program»), including the program, its files and documentation.
This Agreement may be changed by the Author for any version of the Program.

Subject of License

  1. All copyrights to the Program are exclusively owned by the Author.

  2. You may use this software during a test (trial) period. Length of the test period is determined by number of separate launches of the Program, not exceeding 10 (ten) launches. Following this test period or less, if You wish to continue to use the Program, You must purchase a license.

  3. A user who purchased a license, is granted a non-exclusive right to use the Program on one computer. The licensed copy of the Program may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

  4. The unlicensed trial version of the Program may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

    1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the installation package, without written permission of the Author.

    2. The Program unlicensed trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the Author.

    3. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

  6. THE PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED «AS IS». NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed Program, or any subset of the licensed Program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  8. Installing and using the Program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

  9. If You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement You must remove the Program’s files from your storage devices and cease to use the Program.
